© Enna-Rigano-MC Productions
First of all let's speak about COEUR DE PAPIER! This is the final cover art and just below you can see another page from the book. Just to remind, script is by Bruno Enna - who is now working on another great new project teamed up with Clèment Lefèvre!!! - and colours are by Studio Blinq!
For who is interested the book is already available in pre-order at the Fnac website HERE!
The first issue of three will be out in France in a few weeks, for the Festival of Angouleme. I'll be there at Soleil's stand for signing copies from january, 29th until 31th. See you there!

Since today is finally out in US the first issue of DAFFODIL! (finally I've got my copies!)
The variant cover was at first the back cover of the french edition. Not bad at all!

This serie represent my first experience with French comicbook's market and, after two different editions in Italy and one in Spain, is going to be published by Marvel. And that makes me really proud!

This the original cover art of the first french edition. As you may see artwork for this first book is a bit more animation-like.
What makes this story a bit peculiar is that I used different artwork styles for each of the three issues of the serie as if it was done by different artists!

And this is a page taken from the third issue, just to see the difference!

Now a short preview of another project for France: GOTHIC LOLITA.

This dark/goth/Sci-Fi/horror story in two shots of 70 full colour pages each will be published in France along the 2010 by Le Lombard, with texts by Frederic Brèmaud and colours by Paolo Lamanna. More news about this project soon!

  7. hello,
I really like these drawing of yours, I'm planning to buy "coeur de papier" soon, and found me happy to found out your blog.

    But,
I hope you aren't associating the gothic lolita fashion/culture with a sexy cosplayish girlie.
If you don't even know what gothic lolita really is, please check out François Amoretti's first book, "gothic lolita", published by soleil ( http://francoisamoretti.blogspot.com/ . And You can have a look on this blog ( http://aliceetpeterpunk.blogspot.com/search/label/%2B%20FASHION%20LOLITA%20and%20GOTHIC%20LOLITA ) ,that explains what gothic lolita is, with a lot of pics. We, lolitas, have enough hard time to be unterstood as we are, and don't want to have a reputation that doesn't corresponds to us. please.

  8. Hi Eleonora! wish you'll enjoy Coeur de Papier.
    thank you for your links.
I did another book about Gothic Lolitas entitled "il Teatrino delle Bambole Morte". it's an illustrated book of dark rigmaroles about the Victorian Age and the condition of women at that time, written by Davide Barzi. I'm sure you would like it. that book was really intended for all the Gothic Lolitas and their mood. unfortunately it's not published yet outside Italy.

This new book is different. the title refers to the attitude of the protagonist, really goth. so it's not properly about the Gothic Lolita fashion/culture, but for sure it's not what you meant speaking about sexy cosplayish girlie. personally I've got some doubts about the title, because it could be misunderstood, but it's not only me to decide.
